Develop HSSE Plan documents in accordance with the tender project, ensuring alignment with the Scope of Work (SOW) of the project to meet all health, safety, security, and environmental requirements.
2. Creation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Incident-Based Accident Prevention Report (IBAPR)
Prepare JSA and IBAPR relevant to the ongoing project, identifying potential risks and outlining necessary preventive measures.
3. Control of P-HORSE and Holistic Applications
Oversee the use of P-HORSE and Holistic applications by all workers to ensure compliance with
established health and safety standards.
4. Management of Walkthrough (MWT)
Develop and manage the schedule for Management Walkthrough (MWT), and compile follow-up reports from MWT results to ensure that all findings and recommendations are effectively addressed
