• Planning to increase the capacity of the packer and palletizer area, especially in the conveyor belt section including (electric motor, belt length, belt thickness, pulley diameter, working tension, belt and pulley speed, idler, and others).
• Carry out daily inspections on machine components in all areas of PT Semen Gresik Rembang (Limestone & Clay Mining, Raw Mill, Kill & Coal Mill, Finish Mill, and Packer & Palletizer Area).
• Carry out IMRO (Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) according to a predetermined schedule for all machine components as preventive maintenance to get more ideal maintenance costs
