As an intern at PT Pupuk Kaltim, I was placed in the Human Resource and Organizational Development Department, focusing on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training support. During this time, I had the opportunity to enhance my understanding of training processes and TNA methodologies, contributing to various training initiatives and successfully completing the internship program. This experience strengthened my skills in training facilitation, analysis, and human resource development.

Responsibilities:
• Mapped the competency and training matrix for 17 departments in alignment with the company’s syllabus.
• Analyzed the alignment between proposed training initiatives and the company’s syllabus to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Calculated the achievement levels of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to assess training effectiveness.
• Provided comprehensive assistance in all training activities, including logistics coordination and participant registration.

Talent Development Intern

PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk Magang

During the internship at PT Erajaya Swasembada, I was placed in the Corporate University to manage employee development programs. I have gained a lot of activities related to employee development.

Responsibilities:
• Assisted in the facilitation of online and offline training activities for employees across various verticals at Erajaya, including participating in over 5 sit-in classes, supporting operational requirements, creating pre-tests & post-tests, and evaluating training outcomes.
• Completed over 5 training reports to evaluate learning objectives, including attendance, pre-tests and post-test performance, and overall training assessments.
• Improved the team's effectiveness in monitoring employee participation in the Leadership Development Program by developing a structured data recapitulation to track attendance and final scores.
• Contributed to the successful execution of the annual Erajaya Achievement Awards for the semifinals and grand finals by monitoring proposals, organizing participant data, designing the main screen, operating participant presentations, and taking jury notes, with over 50 participants, including CEOs from leading companies in Indonesia.
