Research Study Assistant
PT Badak NGL • Project Base
As a researcher at PT Badak NGL, a prominent liquefied natural gas (LNG) company and member of Pertamina’s Sub-holding Upstream, I conducted a strategic study focused on addressing the operational challenges presented by fluctuations in the fossil fuel market. This research examined both internal and external factors, assessing data from the company's past few years' Annual Reports alongside geopolitical and socioeconomic influences sourced from Indonesia’s National Energy Plans and International Gas Union reports. Using strategic management tools, I analyzed key areas impacting company performance, providing a comprehensive view of the industry landscape. This project was guided and reviewed by senior professionals, including the Assistant of the Chief Operating Officer, a Technical Expert and Supply Chain Advisor, and the Manager of Marketing & Business Development. The research was recognized for its thorough analysis and practical insights, offering valuable strategies for PT Badak NGL’s ongoing business transformation and resilience amidst market disruptions.

As Assistant Coordinator at the Business and Supply Chain Engineering Laboratory at Brawijaya University, I led and organized practicums for 200 students, focusing on Production System Design and Enterprise System Design. These practicums integrated key coursework, including Forecasting, Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC), Man-Machine Systems and Ergonomics, Occupational Health and Safety, Simulation and Facility Layout Planning, Quality Control, and Organizational Management and Financial Analysis. I developed and coordinated teaching modules, collaborated with faculty, and led practical sessions to enhance student learning. Additionally, I organized a seminar with GOJEK’s Vice President, Mr. Leo Wibisono Arifin, providing students with insights into industry practices. I also partnered with ASTRA SANF for coaching sessions to build my teams’ professional skills and led a community service project, creating digital marketing workshops for bamboo craftsmen in Talunsono village to support their market growth. These experiences strengthened my expertise in project management, academic coordination, and community engagement.
