• Successfully optimized fermentation parameters for shrimp probiotics and executed various microbiology laboratory tasks and aseptic techniques, such as the preparation and sterilization of fermentation media, %PMV calculation, HPLC analysis, total plate count analysis, UV-Vis spectrophotometer analysis, bacterial inhibition zone diameter measurement, bacterial stock preservation, and microbial isolation. Prepared technical scientific reports, logbooks, documents and presentations for project updates to researchers and stakeholders.
