I taught over 35 fourth-semester Statistics students on a weekly basis, focusing on both the theoretical and practical aspects of econometrics, including regression analysis, classical assumption violations, and the ARDL method. To reinforce their understanding and assess their ability to apply econometric concepts, I designed and administered assignments and quizzes. I also facilitated class discussions and hands-on practice using EViews, encouraging students to ask questions and engage critically with real-world data analysis.

Assisted 50–70 clients each week in onboarding and account activation through the Andal by Taspen platform, greatly enhancing customer experience and supporting the shift toward digital services. I also contributed to optimizing data workflows by identifying inefficiencies, recommending process improvements, and supporting a more streamlined and effective approach to administrative and data management operations.

I also contributed to data integrity initiatives and supported reporting workflows to help maintain compliance with public financial management standards.

Designed the cover and more than five data visualizations for the Livestock Slaughter Statistics 2024 publication, significantly improving its visual clarity and readability for stakeholders. I also contributed to “Umbinan,” a government-led field agenda focused on estimating rice and tuber yields across multiple villages, supporting both data collection and initial yield analysis to inform policy recommendations.

I managed the administrative operations for the Education Division, including handling documentation, correspondence, and coordinating meetings. I also served as Vice Project Manager for a large-scale seminar introducing the PCPM (Pendidikan Calon Pegawai Muda) program by Bank Indonesia, which was successfully held and attended by over 100 participants, significantly increasing awareness of BI’s recruitment pathway. In addition, I delivered a presentation as a speaker at GenBI Mengajar Day 1, where I explained the evolution of currency over time to promote financial literacy among youth. For my outstanding leadership and commitment, I was recognized as Best Staff of the Month in April 2025.

I led media partnership initiatives by collaborating with various brands and organizations to establish strategic and mutually beneficial relationships. Through these efforts, I successfully secured over 30 partnerships with multiple stakeholders, providing valuable promotional opportunities and exclusive benefits for the organization. Additionally, I developed and managed an alumni database to ensure accurate record-keeping and to facilitate networking opportunities for graduates. My dedication and contributions were recognized through several awards, including Best Staff in November, Best Division for half the period, and Best Public Relations in the Faculty of Science and Mathematics.

Additionally, I served as Public Relations Staff for TSS General 2024, where I managed multi-platform promotional campaigns and communication strategies that reached over 3,000 total audience views across various channels.

I also contributed to developing content strategies and optimizing social media campaigns to strengthen the organization’s online presence and community growth.

I managed the Content Branding program by strategizing and executing digital content to enhance online engagement, and was recognized as the Best Staff in the Public Relations Bureau for the third quarter for my outstanding contributions. I assisted in growing TikTok followers for @bemfsmundip by over 500 and Instagram followers for @bemfsm_undip by more than 1,500. Additionally, I successfully published 13 content pieces, including videos and infographics, which averaged over 180 likes and more than 8,000 views per post.

As part of this achievement, I actively engaged in GenBI (Generasi Baru Indonesia) as Secretary of the Education division, serving as a bridge between Bank Indonesia’s initiatives and the community. Additionally, I participated in a Public Speaking Certification Program accredited by BNSP and sponsored by Bank Indonesia, which helped me enhance my communication and presentation skills for public events and educational outreach activities.
