As the Vice Chair of the Bursa Kedokteran, a student organization engaged in providing medical equipment, laboratory supplies, and other academic necessities for medical students. I was assisting the President in planning and implementing the organization's work programs. My role include overseeing operational activities, including procurement, storage, and distribution of medical equipment and student supplies, also coordinating with external partners (vendors, suppliers) to ensure product quality and availability. Additionally, my duties include managing the logistics and service team to ensure efficient, timely, and accountable service. I was assisting in the implementation of promotional, educational, and sales events such as open orders, medical equipment bazaars, and medical equipment usage education.
Through this role, I developed skills in leadership, logistics management, team communication, and student-centered service.
