During my internship at PT Berdikari, an Indonesian state-owned enterprise in the integrated livestock sector supporting national food security, I was responsible for developing real time monitoring dashboards that improved data processing efficiency by 97.22%. I automated the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index, allowing the company to identify improvement areas down to the individual level. Additionally, I built a CRM dashboard integrated with the customer database, which enhanced customer loyalty strategies, helped identify potential resellers, and provided real time insights into key customer metrics such as churn rate and customer lifetime value.
