Fresh Graduate of Psychology from Diponegoro University, with a strong interest in human resource fields especially in recruitment, training, employer branding. I have gained hands-on experience through internships and organizational roles, contributing to end-to-end recruitment and training processes. Throughout my university years, I was actively involved in the Student Executive Board (BEM) for 3 years, leading the internal affairs division and was recognized as “Best Captain of the Month.” I am committed to fostering positive work environments, and I am excited to continue my HR journey.
