Fiba Basketball World Cup is the highest world basketball tournament held in three countries namely in Indonesia, Philippines, and Japan. Fiba World Cup is followed by 32 countries. The Fiba Basketball World Cup was held at the Indonesia Arena, Jakarta, from August 25 to September 3, 2023.
Job Description :
- Manage transportation schedules for teams, officials, and VIPs to ensure they arrive at venues, hotels, and locations on time.
- Responsible on providing all the information about transportation schedule.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to arrange police escorts for hight-profile team and VIP movements.
- Assisted and accompany as LO in directing the international media team for departure from the hotel to the airport
- Coordinate transportation logistics, including vehicle assignments, routes, and departure times.
- Make a list of the arrival and departure schedules of FIBA guests.
- Preparing transportation such as shuttle buses and VIP cars to leave on time based on schedule written or information given
- Coordinated with media team to ensure the names of local and international media are the same as those on the list
