I hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Applied Science) from Politeknik Negeri Semarang with a strong interest in the operation and maintenance of energy infrastructure. I gained six months of internship experience on the Yogyakarta–Bawen toll road project and worked as an HSE staff member on a construction project at PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk, which accustomed me to working systematically in dynamic project environments. I am certified in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) by BNSP and the Ministry of Manpower, and I am skilled in technical analysis, field data management, and team coordination. With strong communication skills and great attention to detail, I am ready to contribute effectively to the operational and maintenance processes of gas infrastructure.

In my role, I was responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of documents required for scholarship fund disbursement. I managed the entire disbursement process by verifying and approving requests in accordance with established procedures. I also handled inquiries and resolved issues raised by awardees regarding their fund disbursements, either through the support ticket system or direct communication. Additionally, I prepared regular reports on scholarship disbursement activities and compiled data for internal evaluations. To support smooth operations, I coordinated with relevant internal divisions and external parties, including banks and universities. I also took part in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the disbursement process to support continuous improvement.

As part of my responsibilities in the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) field, I conducted daily inspections to ensure that all work areas complied with applicable safety and health regulations, including evaluating the adequacy of safety facilities. I ensured that all workers consistently wore the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhered to established safety procedures on-site. I proactively identified potential hazards—such as mechanical or environmental risks—and provided recommendations for preventive measures. Additionally, I monitored traffic flow around the project site to safeguard both workers and passing road users. I was also responsible for verifying that construction equipment, especially heavy machinery, had undergone proper inspection and was safe for operation. Based on my inspections, I prepared detailed reports highlighting findings, identified issues, and proposed corrective actions to minimize risks. I regularly educated workers on HSE best practices and provided training when needed. In the event of accidents or near-misses, I led investigations to determine root causes and suggested measures to prevent recurrence. Throughout the project, I coordinated closely with the project manager, HSE team, and relevant authorities to ensure proper implementation of all safety standards.
