• Successfully provide 1-10 questions from prospective students and parents every day related to registration requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and study programs and career opportunities for Pertamina University graduates.
• Manage 30-80 daily chats via WhatsApp, Instagram and Email to assist prospective students with various issues, including enrollment problems and financial challenges.
• Receive and check prospective students' enrollment files such as grade transcripts, identity documents, and proof of graduation.
• Compile and send notification letters of selection results to prospective students who are accepted and not accepted.
• Coordinating with faculties and study programs regarding admission quotas and the specific needs of prospective students.
