As an intern, I was placed in the marketing division that was assigned to carry out marketing and sales of products as well as various needs related to buyers.

- Creating proforma invoices on the amount of bills that must be paid by the customers.
- Preparing the required export documents for the next batch delivery.

Exhibition ITS EXPO 2023 is an event held to display and introduce various works of art, culture, and technology created by students, lecturers, and the ITS research team as well as several related stakeholders to be displayed to a wide audience. • Created an event concept, managed, and built cooperation with 38 ITS Departments that contributed to the event by showing the works of department students. • Preparing the event for 5 months by scheduling the agendas using Notion until it finally reached 1700+ public visitors who attended the exhibition during 2 days of the event.

Aggregate is an orientation period for new students. I was assigned to be a group mentor of 8 freshmen in Industrial and Systems Engineering ITS, responsible for optimizing the result of upgrading processes, one of which is an upgrading of the Business Case Competition. I was supervised the Business Case Competition project team by implementing the problem-solving Issue Tree method using 5 frameworks, which are TOWS Analysis, PESTLE Analysis, 7P Framework, BCG Matrix, and 5 Why’s.
