These experiences have allowed me to apply my skills and knowledge to real-world business challenges.

One of the main things I learned in this training is the role and responsibilities of a project manager. A project manager is tasked with planning, organizing, and overseeing the progress of a project to achieve the set goals. In addition, I also learned the importance of good communication skills in managing teams and stakeholders so that the project runs smoothly. This training also introduced me to various project management methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum. I understand when and how these methods are applied according to the needs of the project. The project life cycle is also an important part of this training, where I learned the stages of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing a project. Risk management is a crucial aspect in the success of a project. I learned how to identify risks early on, evaluate their impact, and develop mitigation strategies so that the project continues to run according to plan.

During the Employability Skills - Job Ready training, I gained a lot of valuable experiences that shaped my readiness to enter the workforce. This training equipped me with various essential skills, ranging from effective communication, self-management, to problem solving and innovation. One of the most memorable aspects of this training was how I learned to communicate more effectively, both verbally and in writing. I understand the importance of active listening, expressing opinions clearly, and building positive interactions in the work environment. In addition, I also honed my interpersonal skills that allow me to work in a team, manage conflicts, and negotiate more confidently. This training also taught me how to manage myself better, build a professional image through non-verbal communication, and a strong first impression. I was invited to think more critically and creatively in facing work challenges, making wise decisions and finding innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity in the workplace. Overall, the experience from this training provided me with very valuable provisions to face the world of work. I feel more confident and ready to apply the skills I have learned in various professional situations.

Acara ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada anak muda untuk memamerkan karya/proyeknya, serta meningkatkan kualitas dan jenis proyek yang telah berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan dunia.
Proyek yang saya dan tim kerjakan adalah program bernama "MEYDA". MEYDA merupakan bentuk langkah implementasi menuju dunia yang lebih berkeadilan dengan memenuhi hak-hak setiap individu. MEYDA juga menjadi salah satu inovasi untuk mengatasi kesenjangan akses pendidikan bagi penyandang disabilitas di Indonesia dengan program pendidikan yang kreatif dan kolaboratif.
