• Vendor Feasibility Assessment via PFR-031 Partner SMAP Feasibility Test Form.
• Sourcing (The process of determining the goods and vendors to be addressed in accordance with the requested product/goods order).

(VMS) by conducting on-site verification of 30+ potential partners and checking the suitability
of the document attached to the Vendor Management System (VMS) following the physical
documents.
• Stock-taking activity of checking data at SAP with physical goods of 2800+ head office
spareparts at PT BGR Logistic’s warehouse and 1500+ ship spareparts at branches
• Procurement of wearpack and safety shoes for SCM Staff in all branches of PT ASDP Indonesia
Ferry (Persero), starting from determining the vendors, types of materials, budget, to
communication with vendors.
• Reviewing requests for registration of material codes in SAP (System Application and Product
in data processing) requested by 27 branches of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) and
coordinating them with the IT division.
• Administering and recording data of 500+ BSTB (Proof of Goods Handover) when sending
goods from the user.
• Collaborate and record the preparation of the DRP (Procurement Plan List) in Smartlogistics,
which is filled by each divison related to procurement goods and services within PT ASDP
Indonesia Ferry (Persero).
• Use the SAP MM (Material Management) Module to support operational activities such as
Physical Inventory, Purchasing (Purchase Requisition, RFQ, and Purchase Order), Inventory
Management (Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, and Transfer Posting), Vendor and Material Master
Data.
