Saya adalah mahasiswa semester akhir S1 Manajemen di Institut Pertanian Bogor dengan minat besar di bidang Human Resources dan Administrasi. Berpengalaman sebagai intern di Bank BTN serta terlibat dalam berbagai proyek evaluasi kinerja, kompensasi, dan digitalisasi UMKM, saya terbiasa menangani tugas administratif, analisis data, dan koordinasi tim. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office dan Google Suites, saya dikenal adaptif, komunikatif, serta mampu menyelesaikan masalah secara efektif.
