Hi! I’m Rafio—a final-year law student at UPN Veteran Jakarta who’s passionate about business law and making legal stuff less intimidating (and yes, maybe even fun). From managing compliance projects to untangling asset management challenges, I’ve had the chance to roll up my sleeves and dive into some exciting experiences. I’m detail-oriented (spreadsheets are my jam), love tackling complex problems, and always curious to learn something new. Licensing and Asset Divestment Internship Officer
PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) • Magang
● Assisted in managing 5,000+ company land assets totaling over 1,100,000 hectares spread across Indonesia, including potential divestments or transfers to other parties.
● Handled the process of transferring assets, such as 47,592 hectares of land in South Kalimantan, to the local government for public interest purposes through a compensation agreement.
● Was responsible for the process of BPHTB (Land and Building Acquisition Duty) exemption for over 70 assets in the form of land across 23 regencies/cities (part of Proyek Strategis Nasional).
● Assisted in compiling studies together with the risk management division, covering economic reviews, legal reviews, strategic reviews, and risk assessments of over 150 assets owned by PTPN I (part of Proyek Strategis Nasional).
● Consulted with a Property Appraisal Firm (KJPP) to determine the valuation of the company`s assets, specifically for 27 assets to be transferred to PT PLN (Persero) (part of Proyek Strategis Nasional).
● Participated in and delivered presentations representing the Asset Management Division during meetings with McKinsey regarding asset optimization.
● Accepted the company`s offer to extend the contract for two months to complete the division`s project

Legal and Compliance Internship Officer
PT Angkasa Pura I • Magang
● Managed the company`s legal document totaling over 1,200 documents per quarter from each of the 15 airports operated by Angkasa Pura I, and classified compliance for each legal division of the respective airports.
● Handled a civil case involving a land dispute against Syamsudin Noor Airport in Banjarmasin regarding the southern portion of the airstrip and oversaw the preparation of trial documents in collaboration with the legal officer.
● Assisted the senior manager in implementing the Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) ISO 37001:2016 and developed strategies for Good Corporate Governance (GCG), while preparing reports and engaging with KPPU and other partners.
● Participated in conducting internal legal audits for airport and apron expansion projects in Makassar, Ambon, and Bali, serving as one of the audit team members at Ngurah Rai Bali International Airport.
● Completed the first stage of the legal audit report by classifying 250+ regulations used and finalizing the contract addendum checking process with partner companies.
● Reviewed and translated 15+ business contracts with airlines from Europe and Asia, including Ethiopian Airlines, leading to successful agreements and partnerships.
