Putri Rizkika Ramadhanti Pedraza
A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Jember, with interests and foundational experience in training coordination, education support, human capital development, and organizational growth. With internship experience at Pertamina Hulu Energi OSES and PT Medco Exploration and Production Indonesia, I had the opportunity to strengthen key transferable skills such as teamwork, cross-functional communication, and process coordination in dynamic, fast-paced environments. I have also been actively involved in various student organizations and held several Teaching Assistant roles, which helped me build strong organizational and presentation skills, as well as an ability to support educational activities effectively. These experiences have equipped me with a solid understanding of training delivery and learning processes within structured environments. 2. Performed a comprehensive evaluation of 3 previous well intervention reports by integrating well test data and borehole diagrams, providing a determined view of intervention solutions.
3. Developed and proposed 4 recommendations for well interventions, including control line leakage, repair, ESP re-design, sand cleanout, and acidizing aimed at improving operational efficiency, ensuring production sustainability, and minimizing potential technical challenges in the future.
4. Designed an artificial lift system for Well N-02 using an ESP Powerlift Q08 pump based on technical calculations, including IPR curve generation, pump selection from the catalog based on target flow rate, total dynamic head calculation, stage count, motor HP, and motor cooling effect, successfully increasing production by 53.9%.
