During my internship at the Center for Information and Communication Technology (Pusintek), Ministry of Finance, I worked on projects related to HR analytics and workforce development. My main tasks included conducting a gender-based analysis of training programs, supporting the preparation of a Training Need Analysis (TNA) for IT staff, and compiling competency-based training data. I also performed comparative research on gender mainstreaming policies across public institutions to provide benchmarks for HR strategies.
This experience strengthened my ability to transform data into actionable insights, combine analysis with strategic recommendations, and communicate findings effectively. It also gave me valuable exposure to how human capital policies can promote inclusivity, efficiency, and adaptability in public institutions.

Telkomsel (Business Partnership Intern)
During my internship at Telkomsel, I gained valuable exposure to the intersection of market research, digital business strategy, and product innovation within Indonesia’s largest telecommunications company. I was directly involved in the development of a double referral reward system for Dunia Games, a key digital product aimed at expanding user engagement in the gaming ecosystem. My role included conducting surveys, analyzing consumer preferences, and evaluating competitor strategies to ensure the proposed campaign design was both attractive and competitive.
Beyond campaign design, I managed revenue data analysis from Google and U-Point platforms, creating detailed weekly and monthly reports that provided actionable insights for the business partnership team. This required accuracy, consistency, and the ability to transform raw data into information that could influence decision-making processes. Additionally, I conducted competitive price benchmarking across similar platforms, which contributed to discussions on pricing strategy and market positioning.

I have completed a data analysis training program using Stata, organized by the Data Academy of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia (FEB UI). The training focused on quantitative analysis using microdata from the National Socioeconomic Survey (SUSENAS). Throughout the training, I developed skills in data management, descriptive analysis, regression modeling, and data visualization. This program was designed to strengthen participants’ capacity in conducting empirical research using nationally representative survey data.
