● Successfully developed a business strategy for 500+ Pegadaian Agents based on field research to optimize the performance of Pegadaian Agents throughout the Yogyakarta Area
● Handled 100+ Pegadaian Agents database at the Lempuyangan Branch and assisted the business process of Pegadaian Agents under CP Lempuyangan
● Analyzed risk management of the company using monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to identify potential risks, measure their impact, and implement proactive solutions.
● Supported the Bazar/Auction process by creating an Excel formula that can be used as inventory and sales data for Collateral in the Auction Process
● Maintained cooperation with 10+ communities that collaborate with Pegadaian Lempuyangan such as the Waste Bank community and the Teachers Association in schools around the office
