Nindya Amaris Minar is a fresh graduate from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, with a strong interest in business law—particularly in general corporate matters. She is a resilient and driven individual with proven research and writing abilities, demonstrated through her thesis titled “Non-Application of the Separate Legal Entity Theory in the Corporate Liability of State-Owned Enterprise Subsidiaries from a Company Law Perspective (Case Study No. 59/Pid.Sus-Tpk/2023/Pn.Jkt.Pst)”. She possesses strong legal analytical skills and is proficient in organization, management, and communication.
