• Product research using a survey of student needs, especially in the context of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta and managed to reach 300 surveys;
• Creating scripts for audibooks and researching books with a total of approximately 100 books and scripts, according to the latest topics containing descriptions and reasons for choosing these books;
• Created and researched departmental handbooks containing descriptions of majors, job prospects and descriptions of course flow and succeeded in conducting approximately 250 departmental researches.
