My expertise also extends to counseling, developing and implementing training programs, and performing various HR administrative tasks, such as data analysis and using Excel to maintain accurate HR records.<br /> <br /> During my college years, I actively participated in various activities, including joining organizations, volunteering, and gaining practical experience through internships. These experiences helped me refine my analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills, enabling me to excel in both strategic and operational HR roles.<br /> <br /> I am eager to leverage my expertise in HR processes to support talent management and foster employee development.
