As a final year student at Badak LNG Academy, I had opportunity to study directly within an LNG plant, which gave me in-depth knowledge and understanding of LNG process engineering, from upstream to downstream process. I am a responsible, adaptable, and eager-to-learn individual with a strong passion for engineering. I am particularly interested in the Energy, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical industries, with a dedicated focus on Process Engineering specialization.

Process Engineer

PT Badak NGL Magang

I conducted a detailed requirement study and developed the Process Design Basis for the nitrogen system, ensuring alignment with operational needs and safety standards. As part of this work, I analyzed utility demands, determined quantity of equipment to be reactivated and operated, and selected critical equipment for reactivation based on operational feasibility and performance

I was responsible for developing task assessments for rotating, electrical, instrumentation, and stationary crafts using Microsoft Project to support effective project execution. I also managed daily progress reporting and resource allocation, which helped improve coordination and communication across departments. Additionally, I structured and maintained a clear Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) along with a detailed project timeline to ensure that all activities were executed on schedule and aligned with project goals.

Winner of Mechanical Design Competition

Gadjah Mada Universitas Mechanical Engineering Student Association 0

Mechanical Design Competition hosted by Gadjah Mada University Mechanical Engineering Student Association in Yogyakarta. We were asked to design a shell and tube heat exchanger in the form of a kettle reboiler to meet user needs. The design was carried out by referring to the datasheet provided. The parts of the shell and tube heat exchanger that need to be designed include: tube bundle, kettle side, front bonnet, nozzle, and non-pressurized part. The kettle reboiler that the participants designed functions as a heat exchanger that aims to re-boil and evaporate some of the amine fluid that is being processed. The design that the participants make will refer to the Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association (TEMA), ASME BPVC Section VIII Div 1, and other attached documents. In addition, participants are also asked to realize a project work using the critical path method. This method will produce an arc on node to determine the critical time path that must be considered in a project.

Favorite Winner of International Paper Poster Competition OGIP

UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta 023/SERT/OGIP2023/HMTM/IV/2023

At the International Paper Poster Competition OGIP 2023, organized by the Department of Petroleum Engineering at UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta, I was awarded as the Favorite Winner on March 11, 2023. My scientific paper was titled “Optimizing the Use of CO₂ as a Product Between the Process of Making Sodium Nitrate from HNO₃ and Na₂CO₃ with the Side Product CaCO₃.” This research explored the potential utilization of carbon dioxide (CO₂) gas, which is produced as a by-product in the chemical reaction between nitric acid (HNO₃) and sodium carbonate (Na₂CO₃) to form sodium nitrate (NaNO₃), with calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) as another by-product. The main focus of the study was to examine how CO₂ typically considered a greenhouse gas waste can be optimized into a value-added product, contributing to a more sustainable chemical process. The competition was attended by participants from various institutions, and my work was selected as a favorite due to its innovative and applicable approach in utilizing CO₂ waste efficiently.
