Naifa is a final year student in the Chemistry Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia. As a chemistry student, she has a strong interest in analyzing, concepting, strategic planning, laboratory work, research & development, quality control and product improvement. Naifa has been active in some volunteering and organizations to grow and improve her skills in communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking and public speaking. Naifa is a dedicated student about continuing to develop her experiences and abilities for continuous growth.

PT. Luas Birus Utama is Indonesian domestic company engages in providing specialty chemical services especially for energy sector proudly bringing self-owned trademark STARBORN CHEMICAL. I Conducted research on the synthesis of cationic polymers acrylamides (CPAM) for oil and gas application also developed several polymers to improve the efficiency of injection processes in crude oil. i collaborated with the team to analyzing various raw materials to determine the most effective formulation and conducted laboratory test such as pour point depressant to evaluate polymer performance on crude oil.
