1. Successfully involved in management review meetings to evaluate and update 25 existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and make improvements on identified non-conformities. Based on management direction, added 3 new SOPs to achieve the ideal target of 28 SOPs in accordance with the Indonesian National Competency Standards (SKKNI) 333 Tahun 2020
2. Successfully participated in an audience with BNSP to identify the necessary documents for the P2 license submission, and managed the administration of the LSP P2 license transformation. Out of a total of 40 required documents, successfully provided 33 complete and compliant documents
3. Successfully assisted over 20 training participants in overcoming delays with Microsoft Word and addressing administrative needs, leading to improved workflow and work efficiency
