Saya adalah seorang freshgraduate dari Teknik Mesin ITS yang memiliki pengalaman di bidang maintenance, reliability, dan inspection serta tertarik di dunia energi, petrochemical, dan migas. Saya juga telah bersertifikasi Pengawas K3 Migas dari BNSP dan mendapatkan berbagai sertifikat dari e-course untuk predictive maintenance, corrosion, storage tank, bearing, dan lubrication basics.

Rotating Equipment Inspector
PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur • Magang
• Analyzed the vibration spectrum of 40+ rotating equipment and diagnosed the failures, including unbalance, misalignment, looseness, cavitation, bearing defect, and gear mesh, using CSI 2140 and AMS Machinery Manager with 90% accuracy in fault identification test.
• Analyzed the shaft vibration for critical items and identified the faults using System 1 Evo software based on Bode, Orbit, Polar, Shaft Centerline, Cascade, and Waterfall plots (steam turbine, gas turbine, syngas compressor, and air compressor).
• Conducted predictive maintenance (PdM) reporting and gives recommendations for rotating equipment based on API Standards using SAP Software (IW21, IW22, IW28, IW49).
• Performed rotor balancing and shaft mechanical run out on 5+ equipment and visualized the results in AutoCAD.
• Conducted regular inspection using penetrant (NDT), vernier caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, hardness, roughness, PMI alloy tester, residual magnet, etc., to enhance the equipment reliability.
• Participated in the turnaround and overhaul project for Plant 4 (Urea, Ammonia, and Utility) as the inspector.

Rotating Equipment Engineer

• Conducted a lifetime assessment of the steam turbine 60 MW at PLTP Unit 4 and gives recommendations based on the previous turnaround project.
• Evaluated the performance of the steam turbine at PLTP Unit 4 based on the commissioning report and the current daily monitoring report.
• Inspected the water supply pump with the vendor and internal maintenance team.

Maintenance Engineer
PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy • Magang
• Learned about geothermal plant processes and their operations. Especially rotating and non-rotating machinery, including steam turbines, hot well pumps, compressors, and a condenser.
• Identified issues (vibration), analyzed information using VibXpert II, and provided solutions or recommendations about condensate booster reinjection pump and air compressor maintenance.
• Managed to lead a team consisting of 3 student interns.
• Involved in the planning of IDR 10+ billion Maintenance Outage Project (shutdown, overhaul, and startup).
