Warehousing

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Magang

During my internship at PT Kereta Api Indonesia, I was assigned to the Warehousing division, focusing on inventory control and material management. My key responsibilities included:
1. Recorded inbound and outbound material transactions using SAP Material Management (SAP MM) to ensure accurate stock data.
2. Assisted in the administrative process of receiving materials from vendors and dispatching items to requesting units, including document verification (DO, MR).
3. Helped organize and classify materials based on categories (fast-moving, slow-moving, non-moving) to improve warehouse layout and retrieval efficiency.
4. Participated in regular stock opname activities and contributed to reporting inventory discrepancies and analysis.
5. Contributed to the development of a Warehouse Management Application (AWM), including:
- Requirement planning based on warehouse operational workflows
- Designing database structure and assisting in system architecture
- Coding the application frontend using Flutter and supporting backend integration
- Testing and monitoring implementation to ensure system reliability and usability
