● Assisting in the digitization of archives and compiling more than 18 internal document folders, as well as summarizing weekly outgoing letters to support the efficiency of public administration governance.

● Assisted in publishing internship vacancies Batch 15 through social media and internal platforms, summarized more than 25 applicants for 5+ positions, interviewed and hired the chosen candidates, and assisted in creating performance appraisals from 5 divisions for monthly evaluations.
● Managed and supervised the google drive structure with more than 7 active folders, assisted in conducting training planning for all interns with a total of 5 selected skills, and improved intern performance to a score of more than 90%.
