I am a Metallurgical Engineering graduate from Institut Teknologi Bandung with a growing interest in project management, operational strategy, and business development. While my background is rooted in steel and aluminium production processes, I aspire to build a career that integrates technical knowledge with business operations and management initiatives. I enjoy working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where structured planning, teamwork, and continuous improvement are essential. Beyond technical operations, I am passionate about how business processes can be optimized through data-driven decision-making, strategic project planning, and operational efficiency improvements. I believe that a good professional should be adaptable and open to exploring different industries to gain broader perspectives. I oversaw end-to-end steel production processes, starting from raw material melting and refining in the converter to the formation of semi-finished products such as billets and slabs through the continuous casting machine (CCM). I ensured strict adherence to operational and quality standards, including ISO and ASTM, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot on-site issues and minimize production downtime. Additionally, I led process optimization initiatives by analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions to enhance yield and overall efficiency. I was also responsible for generating daily production reports by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput and defect rates, inputting data into centralized systems, and presenting comprehensive findings to management to support operational decision-making.

I acquired in-depth knowledge of aluminium production processes, with a focus on casting operations for ingot, alloy, and billet production. I conducted defect analyses on cast aluminium products to identify the root causes of imperfections, such as hydrogen porosity and inclusions. Based on these findings, I developed a technical report outlining mitigation strategies to reduce hydrogen content and inclusions in Aluminium Alloy A356.2. I also delivered a final presentation titled "Reducing Hydrogen and Inclusions to Minimize Surface Defects and Pinholes in A356.2," which contributed to ongoing process optimization efforts in the plant.

1st Winner Lomba Cerdas Cermat World Enviromental Day 2025 PT Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park

In June 2025, I participated in a team-based Environmental Quiz Competition held at PT Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) to commemorate World Environment Day, which carried the theme “Beat Plastic Pollution.” The competition was joined by representatives from more than 50 tenant companies within the industrial estate. Together with my team, I competed on topics covering environmental issues, environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and the transition to renewable energy. This competition provided a valuable platform to test our awareness and understanding of current environmental challenges and policies relevant to industrial operations. After several competitive and intense rounds, my team managed to outperform all other tenant teams and successfully achieved First Winner in this event. It was a rewarding experience that strengthened my knowledge of environmental management and reinforced the importance of continuous learning about global sustainability initiatives.
