• Determined the UI Sehat Mental 7.0 tagline, #CompassionIsAction which emphasizes compassionate action in our daily basis to achieve the condition of empowered and mentally healthy UI students by doing research and designing action strategies with project officer.
• Identified the key performance indicator of the overall program with a succeed rate over 105%. The overall program also has enhanced the mental health condition and awareness of Universitas Indonesia students over 6%.
• Participated in monthly routine brainstorm to give advice and idea for content writing effectiveness.
• Supervised human resource and organization development programs, such as focus group discussion, market research, staff recruitment, staff upgrading skills, staff evaluation report, etc.
• Proofread more than 75 publications, included content draft, infographic design, and creative video to match the quality based on organizational objectives and existing standard operating procedures.

• Wrote 8 infographics discussing social and political issue and their relevance to psychology achieving 160+ likes.
