- Lead and recruit 90 people who are divided into 6 divisions.
- Coordinate and discuss with the village secretary about the concept of the activity.
- Spearheaded HR transformation across four key sectors (education, sports & arts, economy, and tourism), designing and implementing high-impact training programs that aligned with strategic organizational goals.
- Develop the concept of community service with event division.
- Collaborate with lecturers, youth organizations, and local entrepreneurs in program implementation.

Mentor of Skema is a cadre formation program for new students. In this program I am a mentor whose job is to guide new students through the cadre formation period.
- Successfully mentored and provided direction to 12 new students for 6 months during the regeneration period.
- Facilitated individual and group mentoring sessions, fostering key creative thinking, public speaking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills.
- Designed and implemented training programs focused on leadership, adaptability, and innovation, empowering students to excel in various challenges.
- Led the creation of a regeneration report, providing constructive evaluations and actionable feedback to enhance the skills and potential of new students.
