Throughout my time there, I actively participated in more than seven Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs, including Daily Safety Talk, Daily Check-Up, First Aid Training, Basic Fire Fighting Training, and Emergency Response Operations, which strengthened my knowledge and responsiveness in safety practices. Moreover, I was involved in assisting the preparation of Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) documents for over 10 work projects, ensuring that contractor activities met safety standards and compliance requirements.

Responsible for leading an organization consisting of 44 active members by directing the implementation of 8 strategic work programs that focus on developing competencies in the field of Occupational Health and Safety OHS, strengthening collaboration, and increasing awareness of OHS culture in the campus and community environment. Under my leadership, OHSS managed to achieve 100% realization of the work program, including the implementation of the OHSS Annual Event which was attended by 163 participants in a hybrid manner.
