- Coordinating with the Head of the Surabaya City Cultural, Youth, and Sports, as well as
Tourism Office (Disbudporapar), the Head of the Cultural Division, and the Head of the
Tourism Division regarding the event concept for the Grand final Pemilihan Cak & Ning
Kota Surabaya 2023.
- Collaborating with the team to create the concept for the Grand Final event, determining
the theme and stage design, selecting guest stars, developing the event rundown,
identifying all necessary requirements, organizing the committee and defining their roles,
managing the guest list, and establishing the budget.
- Ensure the event runs well and in accordance with the event concept.
