● Led and Managed the 7th Batch with 8 Divisions and 70+ new members. Responsible for all strategic and operational supervision for all departments. Notable achievements: Initiated International and National Events (Webinar, Openhouse, & Competitions) for International and Nationwide students , Achieved 500+ Registrants from all products, gain gross revenues more than IDR 25 Mio and partnerships with more than 15 stakeholders. Achieved 1K Instagram Followers in November 2023.

Department to ensure the highest standards of data quality while identifying and implementing
improvements within the systems after UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and PTR (Performance Test
Report).
● Involved in register employee data in the HC core Application system, ensuring meticulous attention to
detail and data integrity while streamlining the onboarding process for enhanced operational efficiency.
● Conduct and oversee comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Performance Test Report
(PTR) for new system features and updates related to Human Capital systems, meticulously verifying
that all changes align with business requirements and function seamlessly before deployment.
● Foster collaboration with IT and Human Capital teams to ensure cohesive integration and support for
system enhancements.

Successfully funded more than IDR 10 Mio.

Led IAAS LC IPB project with more than 70+ members (Active and Alumni of IAAS LC IPB) across 7 departments, responsible for Monitored progress and tracked task completion end-to-end recruitment phase. Notable Achievements: Reached more than 200 registrants to IAAS LC IPB, Collaborated with Alumni from Jobstreet to conduct human resources planning strategies, reached more than 50+ Alumnus to conduct interview with candidate members, Successfully increased 40% engagements from initial Instagram activities.
