Working on personnel administration processes, implement Standard Operating Procedures and Policies, support the Compensation & Benefit, develop an maintain HR reports and correspondence required, ensure updates on database, registration for new employee to JAMSOSTEK until its card distribution.
● Recruitment
Assisting HR Recruitment to process and tidy up new employee data and assessments.
• HR admins also play a role as customer service for employees in the company.
If there are employees who are confused or have questions about policies, benefits, or other HR-related matters, the HR Admin is the place to ask. They must be ready to give clear answers and provide solutions.
