1st Place Business IT Competition (Bizz-IT)

At COMPFEST 16, my team and I competed against 81 teams nationwide in a Business-IT case competition sponsored by PT XL Axiata Tbk. The challenge was to develop an AI/ML-driven solution to optimize canvasser routes for retail store operations. Our solution, XL ROSE, used Generative AI and predictive analytics to enhance route planning, minimize operational costs, and improve workforce efficiency.
🔹 My Role & Responsibilities:
Conducted in-depth business analysis to understand workforce challenges in XL Axiata’s canvasser operations.
Applied AI/ML models to optimize employee work routes, ensuring time efficiency and performance enhancement.
Designed an automated reporting system to track canvasser productivity and improve decision-making.
Presented the solution to executives and industry experts, demonstrating my ability to communicate complex business and technical insights clearly.
