Mengikuti sertifikasi HR BNSP dengan kualifikasi okupasi Analis Senior Rekrutmen dan Seleksi SDM merupakan suatu proses yang menantang namun bermanfaat. Persiapan dimulai dengan mempelajari kembali materi terkait proses rekrutmen dan seleksi SDM serta memahami regulasi ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku. Setelahnya, peserta mengikuti serangkaian tes kompetensi yang terdiri dari tes tertulis, tes praktik atau simulasi, dan tes wawancara oleh asesor. Bagi yang lulus, akan memperoleh sertifikat kompetensi dari BNSP sebagai pengakuan profesionalisme di bidang rekrutmen dan seleksi SDM sesuai standar nasional. Sertifikasi ini memberikan manfaat seperti peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, pengakuan kompetensi, serta peluang karir yang lebih baik dalam bidang SDM, khususnya sebagai Analis Senior Rekrutmen dan Seleksi SDM.
