I am a final-year majoring in industrial management with a strong focus on procurement and supply chain management. My vision is to become a procurement professional who upholds efficiency, transparency, and integrity in every process. I have interned in both supply chain and warehouse divisions, where I gained hands-on experience in data handling, document control, and inventory flow.<br /> <br /> Currently, I am independently preparing for a Supervisor Procurement certification to deepen my understanding of procurement strategies and contract management. I am highly motivated to contribute, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement. Through the Magenta program, I aim to enhance my practical skills while supporting impactful procurement activities in a professional environment.

Staff Incoming Warehouse
PT Suma Artha Perkasa • Magang
I interned at PT Suma Artha Perkasa in the Warehouse Department, where I was assigned to assist the Incoming Warehouse staff. My primary responsibilities included inputting materials received from suppliers into the system and recording the outbound movement of materials requested by the Assembling (Production) Department. I also supported the preparation of warehouse documents such as Receive Item forms and Delivery Orders, and submitted daily inventory reports to the Operations and Production Manager.
Beyond warehouse operations, I helped the Marketing Department prepare RMA (Return Material Authorization) documents and assisted the Service Department in creating raw material request forms.
During my internship, I also conducted my undergraduate thesis on inventory control at the company. I analyzed current stock management practices and proposed improvements using Safety Stock, EOQ, and Reorder Point methods to help reduce shortages and excess inventory.
This experience deepened my understanding of warehouse workflows, strengthened my data accuracy and documentation skills, and gave me hands-on experience applying inventory control concepts in a real business environment.

Staff LPG Monitoring and Inventory
PT Pertamina Retail • Magang
I interned at PT Pertamina Retail in the Supply Chain Division, specifically assisting the team responsible for LPG Monitoring & Inventory. My main responsibilities included monitoring the distribution and redemption (penebusan) of LPG for Pertamina Retail agents, as well as tracking payment statuses to ensure timely transactions.
I also supported the tracking of RSPP (Rekap Surat Pengantar Pengiriman) to ensure LPG delivery documents were properly recorded and followed up. Additionally, I was involved in monitoring invoice paid statuses through the internal system (iVendz), and assisted in preparing transport fee billing files by ensuring all supporting documents were complete and submitted on time.
During my internship, I was also involved in the digitalization process of the LPG redemption system. This gave me the opportunity to better understand system-based workflows and how technology can improve operational efficiency. I was encouraged to share ideas and gave a small input regarding payment notification features, which was appreciated as part of the team’s continuous improvement efforts.
This experience strengthened my interest in supply chain and procurement operations, especially in monitoring processes and financial documentation. It also helped me improve my data accuracy, analytical thinking, and ability to collaborate in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
