Lintang Anggitasari
I am a final year student majoring in Bachelor of Economics at the University of Indonesia who is detail-oriented, well-planned, highly motivated, and full of curiousity and strong desire to learn and experience from various opportunities. I have some experience in finance, sponsorship, fundraising, data processing, and social activities. I have interest in economics, research, education, arts, social, administrative, and finance, and have good self-motivation to work both in teams and individuals.<br /> <br /> My internship experience as General Allocation Fund Team at the Ministry of Finance, Financial Advisor for MSMEs at OK OCE Indonesia, as well as a lecturer assistant gave me the essential ability to think critically, creatively, and solution-oriented in processing and presenting data, organizing several people, budgeting a business that is also data-oriented, especially on dynamic business and consumer trends. These skills are supported by my organization experience, which so far has concentrated on finance, including data collection, as well as my academic experience in analyzing various economic issues through data processing.<br /> <br /> With skills, experience, and strong interest in data, administration, finance, research, and economics, I am committed to applying my knowledge and skill while improving in order to make real contribution to the company in the Magenta program.

OK OCE Indonesia is a social movement association for job creation based on entrepreneurship training and mentoring. During my internship, I mastered the concept of Business Model Canvas and its application. I created 5 proposals for various types of MSME’s customers such as households, offices, schools, etc. and 8 effective Standard Operating Procedure for MSME such as kitchen SOP, employees SOP, production SOP, etc. I negotiated and communicated with more than 5 bakery interior vendors. I created and mastered the budget estimate plan for 4 MSME’s brands, starting from compiling MSME’s inventory data, calculating costs, revenue, profit, cash flow, and break-even point. I created an MSME asset sale proposal. I acted as event coordinator of the entrepreneurship workshop for MSME in Surakarta.

FSI FEB UI is an organization that became an Islamic missionary institution through various events. As a treasurer, I am responsible for managing and overseeing all income and transactions of FSI, leads a team of 3 staff of the Project and Partnership Bureau, make and propose sponsorship proposals and negotiate with 20 sponsors, organize and conduct cash collection from 40 FSI members, organize and conduct commercial projects such as selling merchandise, snacks, etc., and organize the purchase of 40 FSI member’s jackets.

FSI FEB UI is an organization that became an Islamic missionary institution through various events. As a Vice Coordinator, I led a team of 3 staff and 2 intern. I organized 3 article for Social Update and 2 wall magazine for Letter For Heroes and gathered more than 100 FEB UI students to participate. I organized and conducted Bakti Sosial with 30 children from the orphanage. I collaborated with several external parties such as foundation to organize and conduct Upgrading Internal Sosial Masyarakat, Sekolah Non Formal (SNF) FEB UI to teach more than 15 elementary school students, and security guard or cleaning service of FEB UI to organize and conduct Ngobrol Asik Bareng Sosmas.

SDAC FEB UI is a faculty activity unit that facilitates FEB UI students in developing their potential, hard skills, and soft skills in the scientific field through coaching programs. As a Vice Coordinator, I led a team of 5 staff to plan and conduct coaching programs. I organized syllabus of coaching programs with coaches. I managed to get 7 coaches and 89 members for coaching programs. I organized and conducted more than 30 coaching sessions. I collaborated with team to make coaching evaluations for all members and coaches. I acted as contact person for coaches, members, and other divisions.

As a staff, I collaborated with team to find donors (Kakak Asuh), collect donor’s data through form response, and manage those data using Google Spreadsheet. I regularly reminded donor’s payments and recapped financial data for more than 100 donors.
