I am a Civil Engineering graduate from Universitas Mercu Buana, earning Cum Laude honors with a GPA of 3.76. My academic journey sharpened my analytical and problem-solving skills, culminating in a final research project on the operational performance and user satisfaction of TransJakarta Corridor 7F using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. This research strengthened my abilities in data analysis, research design, and the use of analytical tools.<br /> <br /> Professionally, I have internship experience at PT ANTAM Tbk and OC Global. At ANTAM, I contributed to human capital development through designing wellness programs, preparing leadership coaching presentations, and managing employee assessments. At OC Global, I participated in construction inspections, coordination meetings, and pile testing, which provided me with valuable exposure to project coordination and quality control.<br /> <br /> I am also active in community service and student organizations, where I developed leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. With a strong foundation in engineering, combined with practical experience and adaptability, I am passionate about contributing to infrastructure development while continuing to grow professionally.
