I had the opportunity to join Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), an internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in the industrial world with professional competency standards. During this program, I joined an integrated learning ecosystem facilitated by professionals from Metrodata Group and industry partners.

💼 Focus and achievements during the program:

*Completed *Project Management (PM) training** which covered the basics of project management, the use of tools such as Trello/Jira, and project cycle simulation.
*Participated in Django Framework* training, covering backend development with Python, REST API creation, and integration to microservices-based systems.
* Learn directly from professional mentors in IT and digital business.
* Understand the work process across divisions such as IT Development, Digital Marketing, HR, and Business Support.

This program greatly enriched my understanding of the product development process and IT business comprehensively, while honing my collaboration, communication, and problem solving skills in a real industry environment.

As a laboratory treasurer, your main task is to manage laboratory finances. Here are some tasks you may face:
- Financial Bookkeeping: Record all laboratory income and expenses in detail.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage the laboratory budget to ensure all needs are met.
- Bill Payment: Make payments for bills such as electricity, water, internet and other laboratory needs.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of laboratory items and make purchases if necessary.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports periodically for supervision and reporting to the authorized parties.
- Fund Management: Keep laboratory funds safe and invest them wisely when necessary.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure that all financial transactions comply with applicable regulations and policies.
- Collaboration with Related Parties: Coordinate with laboratory staff and other related parties to ensure all financial related activities run smoothly.
- Resource Management: Efficiently manage laboratory financial resources to support laboratory activities.
Documentation Maintenance: Keep financial related documents neat and organized for future reference.

Learning Activities :
- Mandatory session via YouTube Rise live by inviting great speakers in the field of technology and notification of further information about the progress of learning Rise.

- ILT sessions are intensive advanced learning that is created by dividing it into three activities. The first is ILT soft skills by inviting inspirational speakers who are great in developing soft skills for the needs of the world of work. the second ILT ML activity is more in-depth about machine learning. The third ILT NN learning activity is how to use English appropriately in the professional world by presenting consultant speakers from abroad.

- weekly consultation, each cohort has a group consisting of more than 25 people with a mentor to provide guidance during the revival activities, so that if there is a problem the mentor will help

- guest speaker session for general learning activities by speakers from the world of IT
