Assigned as a teaching assistant for Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Structure & Organizational Process, and Introduction to Management courses with 10 classes and 180+ students. Prepared weekly materials to assist the lectures. Graded assignments and exams to evaluated student learning and provided feedback.
Led meeting of coordination for 20+ lecturer to discussed and evaluated syllabus and learning strategies. Developed a new guest lecturer events, which received positive feedback from students and contributed to the 18% increase in Human Resource Management mid exam.

-Carried out standardization projects for all Lazada Logistics Indonesia employees. Visiting Lazada Logistics facilities to collected data regarding employee workload by direct interviews.
-Carried out workload analysis by updated job description of operational workers as a part of standardization and automation in all Lazada Logistics facilities. Created new organization chart for Lazada Logistics employees on Jabodetabek area to clarified work scope and take home pay that employees will received.
-Conducted 365 Feedback Personality Test and DISC Assessment every 6 months, which aims to find out how each employee's personality to be adjusted the results of assessment with composition and performance of the team. Listed and recap employees data who have not passed the assessment results to Performance Improvement Plan.
-Managed and resolved Industrial Relations issues that occur within the company by conducted effective, comprehensive, and objective investigations based on Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan Indonesia. Provided training to employees regarding the application of Company Regulations in daily operational processes.

-Responsible for conducted end to end recruitment process, starting from sourcing and screening CV, Interview, collected personal documents, until making arrangement for Medical Check Up and Background Check for candidates.
-Assisted the conversion process for Outsource Eemployees who will be recruited into Full Time Employees.
-Participated on brainstorming, and analyzing employee Job Descriptions to be realized through the Assessment Project which will be launched.
-Being facilitator in providing training materials to employees and accompanying the Onboarding for each New Joiner.
-Held Lazada Day with Organizational Culture function, which is a bonding and wellbeing event for all Lazada Logistics functionaries. Successfully held an event attended by 700+ participants
