1. Managed the recruitment and selection process of 17.952 applicants for a scholarship program by facilitating Leadership Group Discussions (LGD) for 235 candidates, coordinating and assisting interviews for 102 finalists, resulting in the selection of 50 awardees.
2. Moderated a talk show namely “How to Shape Your Future Career” with CIMB Niaga’s HR Director and served as the MC for the Community Link #JadiNyata inauguration event.
3. Featured as a talent and host in the CIMB Niaga Scholarship Profile Video and the Volunteering Program Documentary in NTT, showcasing media presentation, storytelling, and brand representation skills to enhance corporate outreach.
4. Successfully served as Event Coordinator for the 2D1N outing, managing engagement activities for 60 intern participants, ensuring a smooth and impactful experience.
