Selama mengikuti program Magang Kampus Merdeka (MSIB) Batch 6 di Telkom Indonesia, saya berperan aktif dalam mengelola akun Instagram Telkom Data Science and AI. Dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan, saya berhasil meningkatkan jangkauan akun hingga 1.290% (setara 34.254 akun), meningkatkan reach sebesar 174% (974 akun baru), serta menumbuhkan jumlah pengikut sebesar 13% (143 followers) melalui strategi konten organik dan konsisten. Selain itu, saya juga menjalin kolaborasi dengan dua pihak eksternal untuk melaksanakan event marketing, berperan sebagai Master of Ceremony dalam kegiatan internal, serta menyusun transkrip wawancara perusahaan.
Selain pengalaman tersebut, saya juga terlibat dalam Telkom Data Festival (Feb–Mei 2024), sebuah talk show yang mempertemukan profesional, pakar, dan pegiat di bidang Data Science dan Digital Talent. Dalam acara ini, saya bertanggung jawab menyusun copywriting kampanye promosi yang berhasil menarik lebih dari 100 peserta untuk mendaftar. Saya juga mengelola komunikasi eksternal dengan mitra seperti PT MyEduSolve dan Digistarclub Telkom Indonesia, menyusun dokumen Terms of Reference, membuat rundown acara, hingga memastikan kehadiran peserta dengan menjadi contact person utama.
