• Conducted weekly occupational health and safety (OHS) inspections and delivered safety talks every Tuesday.
• Created six OHS posters, HIRA for walkway production, HSE report covering HSE level, HSE objectives,
WTON Green, RCA, 5S, and cost realization.
• Measured noise levels and identified an extremely high reading of 116.2 dB.
• Analyzed employees’ mental workload in production and marketing departments using NASA-TLX and
RSME, with results indicating high workload (scores >70).
• Proposed five improvement suggestions based on mental workload findings.
