Site Engineer

Since January 2025, I have been working as a Site Engineer at PT Eliazer Nahor Pratama on the Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Gas Plant Expansion Project. In this role, I am responsible for developing and standardizing work methods for concrete pouring, structural steel installation, and earthwork, ensuring alignment with project specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards. I prepare detailed drawings and technical calculations using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and SAP2000. Utilizing Tekla Structural Designer, I perform structural analysis for reinforced concrete foundations including spun piles and pile caps, assessing bearing capacity, punching shear, and reinforcement requirements. Additionally, I have contributed to the tender process for the Skid Amine Treated Gas Cooler at the PHE SKN New Train project, developing the Project Execution Plan (PEP), project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope and resource allocation consistent with client needs.

From February to August 2024, I served as an Engineering Staff Intern at PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Tbk, working on the Cijurey Dam Project. In this capacity, I developed detailed work methodologies for excavation and backfilling operations, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and safety standards. I also prepared comprehensive drawings for cap concrete structures, including Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), by designing reinforcement layouts, calculating rebar quantities, and verifying adherence to structural and project requirements. By collaborating closely with field teams and integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM), I helped streamline coordination and minimize potential errors. Additionally, I conducted AHSP (Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan) cost comparisons against tender documents during internal project review meetings, successfully identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
