As the Laboratory Coordinator for Basic Chemistry, I was responsible for supervising and managing multiple parallel lab classes, ensuring both academic quality and operational safety. I led a team of over 8 assistants each class in guiding more than 450+ students at 16 classes through core experiments such as titration, calorimetry, and stoichiometry. My role included coordinating the distribution of material and standardizing procedures to maintain consistency across sessions.
I also took an active role in evaluating student performance based on result accuracy, compliance with laboratory SOPs, and proper data analysis. To support effective learning and minimize errors, I developed clear manuals and conducted regular briefings. Additionally, I resolved technical issues and experimental discrepancies in real time, ensuring uninterrupted practicum sessions and reinforcing a culture of laboratory excellence.

Driven by a deep desire to embody the social role of a student in community service, I joined an "ITK MENGAJAR" organization dedicated to reaching underserved communities, particularly children in need of equitable access to basic education. The journey began with door-to-door educational data surveys, followed by the establishment of informal teaching centers, the facilitation of daily learning activities, and program closure events. Our organization frequently collaborates with NGOs focused on social welfare to foster compassion and raise social awareness. We also conducted trauma healing sessions for children affected by fire disasters in Balikpapan. These efforts reflect our commitment to promoting educational equity across all layers of society, especially in East Kalimantan.

This work instruction outlines the operational procedures and system design of an activated sludge unit, which utilizes bacteria-rich sludge suspensions to break down contaminants in wastewater. The treatment system is designed to promote efficient biodegradation, contributing to sustainable and environmentally responsible waste management solutions.
