4. Developed an Asset Dashboard in excell to monitor budget and proposal update general affairs division.
5. Monitor Asset movement in all location (update data in the system according to asset movement).
6. Created proposals, purchase requests (PR), and confirm POs related to purchasing assets.
7. Created asset codes and group them according to asset type.
8. Maintained asset disposal in accordance with established standards.
