They act as watchdogs to maintain transparency, accountability, and effectiveness of the organization's operations.

The main responsibilities of a Monitoring Board typically include:
-Overseeing the performance of executive management and ensuring that strategic decisions are made in the best interest of the organization and its stakeholders.
-Ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
-Identify and evaluate potential risks that may affect the organization, and provide recommendations for mitigation of such risks.
-Transparency and Accountability: Ensure that the organization operates transparently, with accurate reporting and clear communication to stakeholders, such as members, shareholders, or regulators.
-Assessment of Organizational Performance: Review and evaluate the overall performance of the organization in achieving its objectives and provide feedback to management.

During my On-the-Job Training (OJT) at the SDP of Pertamina Hulu Mahakam's Development Planning function, I was actively involved in the oil and gas field development planning process. My main responsibilities included analyzing historical production data, estimating reserves, and projecting future production to support investment decisions. In this process, I had the opportunity to use industry-standard software such as Petrel for volumetric estimation and Merak PIMS for production forecasting and initial economic evaluation, thereby deepening my understanding of reservoir modeling and well behavior.
-Actively involved in the production development planning cycle, from data collection to presentation of results, in the upstream oil and gas environment.
-Apply understanding of reservoir engineering and production analysis to support reserve estimates and production projections, utilizing software such as Petrel and Merak PIMS (or internal tools).
-Participate in project economic evaluations and financial modeling using Microsoft Excel, and contribute to the development of business cases for field development.
-Support the preparation of work programs & budgets (WP&B) and departmental strategic plans, and be involved in schedule optimization using Primavera P6

he Innovation and Implementation Department at SRE plays an important role in developing projects and technical solutions related to renewable energy. The department focuses on research, development of new technologies, and implementation of innovative ideas that can be applied on a real-life and industrial scale. The department's main tasks are to identify innovation opportunities, create practical solutions, and help implement renewable energy technologies into society.
A Board in the Innovation and Implementation Department at the Society of Renewable Energy (SRE) has an important role in overseeing, managing, and ensuring the success of innovation projects related to renewable energy. Here are the main duties of a Board in the department:
-Oversee and monitor the progress of innovation projects developed by departmental teams.
-Ensure that each project runs in accordance with the timeline, budget, and goals that have been set.
-Provide direction and input to address issues that arise during the development process.
-Play a role in formulating long-term strategies for the development and implementation of renewable energy technologies in SRE.
-Identify opportunities to develop innovative ideas that can contribute to reducing carbon emissions and improving environmental sustainability.
-Guide and support team members in developing technical and managerial skills related to renewable energy projects.

An Organizing Committee (OC) Finance and Legal in the Youth SDGs Conference 2023 organized by AIESEC UPNVY has important responsibilities related to the financial management of the event as well as the fulfillment of legal aspects. They ensure that all forms of expenditure and income are managed properly and comply with applicable regulations and policies, both within the organization and externally.
The following are the main tasks of OC Finance and Legal in Youth SDGs Conference 2023:
-The OC Finance and Legal is responsible for developing the conference budget, estimating all costs to be incurred and potential income from sponsorships, donations, or ticket sales.
-Monitor and control expenses to stay within the set budget, and avoid unexpected cost overruns.
-Manage and record every financial transaction, both income and expenditure, to ensure financial transparency and accountability in the implementation of the event.
-Compile a financial report after the event detailing all financial aspects including sponsorship income, operational costs, and profit or loss from the event.
-Manage the receipt of funds from various sources and ensure that the funds are used as intended.
